2023 Annual Meeting Notice

NLADA Mutual individual policyholders and organizational account holders have the opportunity to participate in our inaugural annual (virtual) meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time for the following purposes:

1. To elect six members to the Board of Directors of NLADA Mutual. The elected members of the Board of Directors will serve a one‐, two‐ or three‐year term.
2. To act upon any other matter which may properly come before the meeting.

Eligible Policyholders can vote quickly online:

In an effort to save time and expense, we encourage all eligible policyholders to vote by proxy. Please check your email for a link to access proxy materials to cast your vote for members of the NLADA Mutual Board of Directors.
