Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies, in coordination with board members and the Development Director, to grow the organization’s base of community donors.

Develop and implement community donor engagement events for community donors.

In coordination with fundraising board members, implement, track, and coordinate two peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns as a part of the organization’s larger annual campaign.

Assist Development Director and Development staff in additional fundraising campaigns and events, as needed.

This position requires occasional evening commitment, and occasional travel within our service area.

This position does not supervise staff.

Required Qualifications:

At least five years of professional fundraising experience, including experience with peer-to-peer campaigns and community giving campaigns.

Proficiency in using an online giving platform.

Proficiency in donor management CRM.

Dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Proficiency in Salesforce for Nonprofits CRM

Proficiency in GiveSmart giving platform.

Compensation Information:

$76,364 - $84,302, depending on experience​, plus benefits. Benefits include family medical and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 403(b) with employer match, FSA, employee assistance programs, and generous paid time off.​
