The Office of the Public Defender, District 24 (Guilford County), seeks a qualified individual to serve as an Assistant Public Defender. The selected candidate will represent indigent persons charged with criminal offenses in District and Superior Court.
The Office of the Parent Defender (OPD) was created to provide and promote high-quality legal representation for parents with an abuse/neglect/dependency or termination of parental rights (AND/TPR) case at the trial or appellate level.
