The Maryland Office of the Public Defender (MOPD) seeks an experienced labor attorney to join our team as the Chief of Labor and Employment (CLE). The CLE manages the employees in the Labor and Employment division. The CLE works closely with the Public Defender, Chief of Human Resources, executive leadership, and management officials, providing confidential advice, guidance, and counsel regarding employment and labor law issues.
