Kakalec & Schlanger, LLP, a plaintiffs’-side consumer class action and employment litigation boutique, is hiring an attorney to work out of its downtown Manhattan office.

Candidates must be admitted in New York (or qualify for reciprocity) and have:
- at least 4 years of federal litigation experience;
- excellent persuasive legal writing ability;
- experience taking and defending depositions;
- superior academic credentials;
- experience with one or more of the following types of litigation:
-- wage and hour (FLSA state labor law, etc.);
-- employment discrimination;
-- consumer protection (FDCPA; TILA; Mag-Moss; FCRA, Predatory Lending; UDAP, civil RICO, etc.);
-- federal class actions;
