Evaluator for LSC’s Pro Bono Innovation Fund (PBIF)

LSC seeks an independent consultant or firm to conduct the evaluation of the Pro Bono Innovation Fund (PBIF) program. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with the Office of Data Governance and Analysis, the PBIF team, and other LSC staff to:

- Develop and implement an evaluation plan for the components described above.
- Collect and analyze all quantitative and qualitative data required to complete the evaluation.
- Communicate the findings of the evaluation in a clear, comprehensive written report and (as needed) verbal presentations to stakeholders.
- Produce supplementary materials like datasets, interview, and focus group transcripts, survey responses, and other items as appropriate.
- Provide detailed recommendations on areas of improvement for the processes and materials used by the PBIF program team.
