eDiscovery Attorney

Under the general direction of an Assistant Chief Counsel, the Attorney/eDiscovery Attorney supports the Legal Division’s litigation work by providing legal and technical support concerning the handling and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) and use of litigation support systems including Relativity. The incumbent must be knowledgeable in civil procedure, legal research, and the use of trial presentation software and eDiscovery tools. The incumbent will assist other attorneys in the Department in developing discovery plans and will assist with data identification, collection, process, review, analysis, and production of electronic evidence in the Department’s litigation matters. Subject to experience and the needs of the Department, the eDiscovery Attorney may also provide other legal support for the Legal Division’s operation, including conducting affirmative litigation.
