Notice of 2024 Annual Meeting of the NLADA Mutual Members

All NLADA Mutual members (those holding an active policy with NLADA Mutual Insurance Co., RRG) have the opportunity to participate in the Annual Meeting of the Members of NLADA Mutual to be held at the NLADA Mutual offices located at 1901 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20006 on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 4:00 pm Eastern Time for the following purposes: To elect two members to the Board of Directors of NLADA Mutual to serve until the Annual Meeting of the Memebers to be held in 2027.

To act upon any other matter which may properly come before the meeting. Eligible NLADA Mutual Members can vote quickly online: In an effort to save time and expense, we encourage all eligible members (policyholders) to vote by proxy BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18.

Please check your email for a link to access proxy materials to cast your vote for members of the NLADA Mutual Board of Directors. Only one representative for each organization can vote.
