Alexis Victor

Alexis Victor, Senior Program Associate, assists with various technology related projects to better support NLADA members and staff. Her unique career trajectory has developed a diverse skill set, which has led to a unique understanding of nonprofit administration and software. Prior to joining the team, Alexis served as a senior project manager for a large healthcare association in their policy and diversity offices, as well as a human capital consultant, bringing a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and social dynamics to their work. Alexis earned her Master of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tampa.
