The Pisanchyn Law Firm, LLC is growing! One of the area’s largest personal injury law firms is looking for an Attorney for a new position in our Scranton office. Our Firm continues to focus on future growth and expansion in conformity with our Firm’s values and needs of our clients.
Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills with deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience highly preferred. Candidates must have the ability to independently manage a litigation case load, possess a strong positive attitude, work well within our team structure and be dedicated to the firm’s mission and goals. Experience with personal injury cases, and familiarity with electronic case management systems are a plus. Attorney should be comfortable handling their own case load with the supervision of a managing partner.
Attorney will be responsible for handling, among other tasks, managing their own case load from inception through completion; attending oral arguments, mediations, trials, depositions, and meeting potential clients. Must have strong communication and Microsoft Office skills; the ability to supervise support staff to cases; and strong interpersonal, organizational, and litigation skills.
