Duties & Responsibilities:
Keeping track of calendar/tasks
Meeting deadlines
Client and attorney communications
Management of report and client information in CRM system
Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
Routine communications with clients
Juris Doctorate degree from ABA-accredited law school
Bar passage and admitted to practice in Arizona; reside in Arizona
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and Excel
Experience with prioritizing work and managing high volume workflow
Ability to compose, edit and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Strong proofreading skills and overall continual attention to detail
Ability to interact with clients, opposing counsel, and individuals at all levels of the organization
