November 9, 2020: Day One will follow the life of a hypothetical AWPA case. The instructors will guide participants through an in-depth discussion addressing key strategies for handling AWPA cases. The conversation will focus on (1) client-first contact and follow up, (2) case planning, (3) case investigation, (4) summary judgment, (5) discovery, (6) mediation and settlement, (7) pre-litigation strategies, and (8) litigation. Because the conversation will build on itself, it is important that participants attend the entire day of training. |
