The attorney will join other Farmworker Project staff to provide representation to agricultural worker clients in civil matters, with a focus on worker rights. The Farmworker Project attorneys often litigate cases in federal and state courts and represent clients in administrative agency matters. Candidates with strong Spanish language skills are invited to apply. Candidates with 2+ years of legal experience, particularly experience in plaintiff-side employment law, are strongly preferred.
