Except for Friday, March 6th, conference attendees staying at the IP Hotel can take advantage of a special room rate of $79.99 single/double per night exclusive of $13 Resort fee, state and local taxes (currently at 15.75% and a $2 occupancy charge). Please note, the rate for Friday is $129. Be sure to inform the reservations agent that you are attending the Life in Balance Conference to secure the discounted rate. The special hotel rate reservations cut-off date is February 17, 2020. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit.

Cancellation of an individual guaranteed guest room reservation is at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to 4pm of arrival date. Rooms released less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate plus tax.

Weather
Please dress warmly so you will be comfortable in the winter environment. Outside temperatures range from the mid 60s to the high-60s. For meeting rooms, dress in casual layers.
